Seems like everyone is making a mountain out of a mole hill. Does your diet contain dark green vegetables? If so, you're fine. K2 can come from diet. Lack of sunlight is something you can't control and would warrant supplementation.

10000? Are you nuts? They say that's the safe upper limit of vitamin D from all sources but that does not at all mean that's how much you need to get what your body needs. Vitamin D is a fatty vitamin that is stored in your body. You're definitely risking overdosing it without getting a further benefit. And hypercalcaemia can lead to acute heart problems among others. Check the studies mentioned in examine and see what dosages they used to benefit

I do 10000 too. For a long time. I'm fine, the blood level of D is in 50-60 range.

For max benefits:
The recommended daily allowance for Vitamin D is currently set at 400-800IU/day, but this is too low for adults. The safe upper limit in the United States and Canada is 4,000IU/day. Research suggests that the true safe upper limit is 10,000IU/day.
